The Oakmont Elementary family's mission is to provide a safe, caring atmosphere of learning that challenges each child's potential, develops self-esteem and self-discipline, promotes clear communication, respects cultural diversity and teaches the use of good study skills and habits, thereby fostering successful life-long learners.
Vision Statement
The vision at Oakmont Elementary is to grow learners who are college-ready through quality instruction, effective use of resources, building a collaborative culture and strong leadership. The mission is to provide all students with the opportunity to be lifelong learners who are responsible, productive, and caring citizens that are prepared for a college or career pathway.
